Academic Programs.
Undergraduate Program:
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Annual Intake: 120 Students
Our B.E. program is renowned for its excellence, having been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi. Accreditation history includes three years in 2000, five years in 2003 and 2008, three years in 2015 and 2018, and six years in 2023. This program provides a solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles, preparing students for diverse career opportunities.
Postgraduate Programs:
M.Tech in Product Design and Manufacturing
Annual Intake: 36 Students
Accredited for three years in 2014, 2017, 2020 and 2024, this program equips students with advanced skills in Product Design and Manufacturing, preparing them for high-level Engineering roles in the industry.
Annual Intake: 18 Students
Accredited for three years in 2018 and 2024, this program delves into the complexities of Machine Design, equipping students with the expertise needed for high-level Engineering roles in industry.
Both our B.E. and M.Tech programs operate under an autonomous framework, allowing us to tailor our curriculum to meet the evolving demands of the industry and incorporate the latest technological advancements.

Advanced Diploma in Automotive Mechatronics (ADAM)
In collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, Advanced Diploma in Automotive Mechatronics (ADAM) was introduced in 2018. This program offers a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, preparing students for dynamic careers in the automotive industry. For more information click here.
MG-RVCE Nurture Program in Electric Vehicle Technology
The Centre of Excellence in Electric Vehicles (CoE-EV) at RVCE, in partnership with MG Motor India Pvt. Ltd., is dedicated to advancing electric vehicle technology. CoE-EV offers comprehensive skill development tailored to the automobile industry’s needs. Industrial Automation Specialist - Three Months training program, in collaboration with Instrumentation, Automation, Surveillance, and Communication Sector Skill Council under NSDC, Govt of India.
Internships - offered through six special skill labs, ranging from 6 to 8 weeks
