TECHNICAL PROJECTS:
• “FLY BY LIGHT” flight control system ,ultrasonic distance measuring system, RTC clock, temperature and humidity measuring system, accelerometer sensor system ,LDR dark detection sensor system.
• Mathematical modelling for paper based on “Elliptical petal pheromone based path itinerary” for computer application.
• Mathematical modelling for paper titled “Mobile agent itinerary for farthest node first nearest node next based on wave superposition principle”.
INTERNSHIP AT HAL (LCA TEJAS DIVISION):
In internship at HAL I was able to learn about following things:
• Aircraft integrated systems such as flight control, avionics, hydraulic, fuel,
propulsion, electrical power, weapon, communication and navigation systems.
• Aircraft fuel contamination test.
• Aircraft maintenance.
• Aircraft manufacturing and materials used for it.
• Aircraft fuselage, wing production and fastening methods
• Aircraft assembly.
• Function of frontline military aircraft.
PROJECT AT HAL ( AERO ENGINE DIVISION):
Project title: “vibration analysis of twin spool of turbofan engine”
Project done on engine “ROLLS ROYCE ADOUR MK871 ENGINE”
OBJECTIVE: To analyse the source of vibration and finding out the vibration reduction
technique.
Analysis involved:
• Longitudinal, torsion and lateral vibration consideration.
• Type and principle of transducer used to measure vibration.
• Material characteristics that are used for engine.
• Type of bearing and coupling used.
• Consideration of shaft and disc arrangement.
• Study of balancing and damping technique.
INTERNSHIP AT LINEAR TOOLINGS (R&D DIVISION):
It was based on design of special purpose machines where i was able to learn:

Design for manufacturing and system integration.

Selection of material grades.
-
Fabrication methodology.
-
Implementation of appropriate mechanism . Micromachining and chemical treatment.
M Tech MAJOR PROJECT:
Project title:”DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF AUTOMATED SAMBAR MAKER”
Objective: to design the system for achieving vegetable dicing, steaming, cooking automatically and to analyse the time required for cooking.

Design of subsystems like vegetable dicer, steamer, powder feeder and mixer.

Design of mechanism required to achieve uninterrupted and integrated operation.

Calculation of quantity of steam required to cook, valve timing and taper angle.
