Administrative Responsibilities undertaken:
  • Strategic & operational planning of the Institutional activities and overall Administration of the Institution. .
  • Academic planning including time table and class monitoring & execution as per the university and Autonomous Calendar, Supervision of the academic activities.
  • Handling of the Admission Process. Enforcement and monitoring of the strict academic discipline among students and Monitoring of the academic schedules of the faculty.
  • Handling of Financial related issues such as forwarding of bills, verification of ledgers, cheques, processing scholarship papers, Processing of papers related to IT, LIC, PT, GSLI, PF, PF correspondence, Bank loan application, salary certificates, processes related to  Audit reports and Bank reconciliation statement and co-ordinating daily cash and bank transactions.
  • Involvement in the negotiation of procurement of equipment, consumables and organising accounts committee meetings.
  • Co-ordination of staff recruitment, Staff development / promotional issues, handling of the Student and staff grievances and Counselling the students and parents, handling of legal issues with the officiating lawyers, negotiation and implementation of security related issues & monitoring of the Security issues on the Campus. Initiation, negotiation, approval, supervision and quality inspection of the canteen contracts
  • Deployment of Smart Campus automation software monitoring with the departments and co-ordinating with the company.
