Interaction with Outside World                   

  1. Coordinator of: ISA (USA) - RVCE Student Section - organising programs on Automation for students, since (1999)- for 21 years - with the support of Automation industry experts of ISA - B'lore Secn.
  2. BOE Member for M.Tech. (Control & Instn.) program of UVCE, B'luru, since 2012 (08 Yrs.).
  3. Obtained a sanction amount of Rs. 8.01 lacs, & procured for the Dept. Automation Lab - the advanced "Universal Process Control Trainer" system, costing Rs. 7.6 Lacs, under the MODROBS scheme of AICTE, New Delhi, since 2013.
  4. Helping graduated students, not placed, to get placements through personal contacts and with the help of our prestigious Aluminii.
  5. Convener of the RV College Diary and Calendar Committee - every year, since 08 years.
  6. Coordinator for Frequency Club", (Started & run the Creative students Club of RVCE, since 1994 to 2019) - for 25 Yrs.
  7. Started "Virtual Instrumentation Club" of EIE department, RVCE.
  8. Introducing and teaching a few important industry relevant new courses like "Safety Instrumentation for process Automation", Industrial Automation Technology, etc.
  9. Setting up the advanced Automation and Instrumentation labs of EIE department.
  10. Instrumental in signing MOUs with industries of relevance.
  11. Academic council member of RVCE, during 2018-20.
  12. Supporting economically weaker students of instrumentation program, through scholarship agencies.
  13. Setting up the new DCS system for the new Automation lab of EIE department, through the kind sanction of Rupees 12.4 lacs, by RVCE Trust - RSST, B'lore.
  14. Set up new Instrumentation Labs for the different syllabus of Bangalore University, VTU, and the Autonomous RVCE.
  15. Framing of new syllabus & courses for the Instrumentation Technology program curriculum.             
  16. Staff coordinator, Frequency club and ISA, the innovative students forum of RVCE.
  17. Chief editor, SPANDANA – 1998 & 2008
  18. SPANDANA: Memeber of Magazine Committee 2016.
  19. Started & effectively running “Instrumentation Engineering Association” of IT Department, RVCE since 1991.
  20. Convenor for RVCE -Calender, RVCE - Diary and RVCE telephone Directory.
  21. Started the RVCE students chapter of ISA (Instrumentation Systems and Automation Society) during 1998.
  22. The Instrument Society of India (ISOI) - RVCE students chapter was instituted in IT Department in the year 2006.
  23. Served as visiting faculty for IT Departments of BIT & PESSE, Bangalore from 1994 till date.
  24.
